God Promises Salvation Again

God answered Moses by repeating His covenant promises and declaring that He would bring His people out of Egypt and redeem them. Even though the people were too crushed by hard labor to listen, and Moses feared that Pharaoh would not listen either, God still commanded Moses and Aaron to speak to Israel and to Pharaoh, because His rescue plan had not stopped.
