How do I use Sunday-school mode?

In Settings → Sunday-school Mode you can toggle five steps: character lesson, prayer guide, verse memory, interactive games, discussion (cover, reading, transition, reflection are fixed steps). This lets your child get a complete Sunday-school experience at home.

FaithSow is available on the web (any modern browser at faithsow.com) and as a mobile app (iOS / Android). Reading progress, verses, and growth footprints sync across all devices on the same account.

You can click the member card (showing VIP Member or Free Member status) on the 'My' page, or go to the Subscription page from the bottom navigation to purchase a plan.

What content requires VIP?

Free stories can be read online by all users. Paid stories require VIP membership or an individual story purchase. Offline download is available to VIP members and users who purchased that story individually. Multilingual narration, character lessons, verse cards, interactive games and other companion features are available together with any story you can read.

Can I get a refund?

We offer a 7-day refund policy on all subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, please contact support@faithsow.com within 7 days of purchase and we will take care of it.

How do I buy a single story?

On the story detail page, tap the Buy button. Featured stories are $1.99 and standard Bible stories are $0.99 (VIP members get 50% off single purchases). Purchased stories are permanently tied to your account and readable on any signed-in device, regardless of subscription status.

Can I refund a single-story purchase?

Accepted Answer

Yes — within 7 days of purchase and only if you have not yet downloaded the story for offline reading. Once a story has been downloaded to your local offline cache, the purchase is considered consumed and is not refundable. Subscription refunds follow the applicable App Store / Stripe terms.

Are there download limits for subscribers?

To prevent abuse, subscribers have two quotas: (1) Concurrent retention: monthly ≤ 20 stories, yearly ≤ 50 (deleting one frees a slot immediately); (2) 30-day rolling downloads: monthly ≤ 30, yearly ≤ 60. Stories you have bought individually do NOT count toward either quota and can be retained offline indefinitely.

What happens to my offline stories after I cancel my subscription?

We give you a 30-day grace period after cancellation, during which previously downloaded stories remain fully readable. After the grace period, stories downloaded during the subscription will no longer open (the app will prompt you to resubscribe or buy them individually). Stories you purchased individually are unaffected and remain yours forever.

Yes. Every story is adapted directly from Scripture and reviewed by both theological consultants and child-education specialists, so we keep biblical accuracy while using language and visuals appropriate for each age group.

Each story may include 1 to 3 games. Open any story's detail page to see exactly which games are included. All games can be skipped at any time and are never required.

How are the illustrations created? Why do some visual details vary slightly within the same story?

Every illustration in FaithSow is lovingly crafted by our creative team with the help of AI image technology, so that each Bible story comes to life for children in a warm, vivid way.

We hold to one unshakable principle: the original meaning of Scripture and the truth each story conveys never change, and the main characters are kept consistent throughout a story so children can recognize and remember them.

At the same time, we want to be honest with you: because the artwork is created with AI, some smaller details across different scenes (such as background objects, clothing patterns, or the shape of certain items) may vary slightly. This is a natural characteristic of AI illustration. We keep improving it, but it never alters the spiritual message of the story, nor does it affect a child's reading or understanding.

We believe that what is truly precious is the Word of God itself. May these pictures be a window that helps children draw closer to His Word. 🌱
