Delete Your FaithSow Account

Last updated: August 10, 2026

This public page explains how to permanently delete a FaithSow account from the mobile app and what happens after deletion.

This page provides instructions only. It does not collect credentials, submit a deletion request, or delete an account.

Delete your account in the app

App path

  1. 1Me → Settings → Account Management → Delete Account
  2. 2Re-authenticate with your login password or, if linked, with Google or Apple.
  3. 3Review the warning and confirm permanent account deletion. This action cannot be undone.

What happens when deletion succeeds

  • When the app reports success, the account is immediately deactivated and app access ends.
  • Direct identity information in the account and child profiles is deleted or de-identified.
  • FaithSow clears local account data and offline access from the device after successful deletion.

Data deletion and limited retention

Deletion removes or de-identifies information tied directly to you. Some narrowly scoped records may be retained only where needed and with access restricted.

  • Payment, refund, dispute, anti-fraud, and legally required records may be retained for the applicable accounting, security, or statutory period.
  • A minimal provider identity tombstone may be retained to prevent a deleted Google or Apple identity from being silently re-linked or reactivated.
  • Data already present in protected backups may remain until the relevant backup cycle expires; it is not restored for ordinary use and is removed or de-identified under the backup retention process.

Subscriptions must be managed separately

Deleting your FaithSow account does not cancel subscriptions billed by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel the subscription separately with the store where you purchased it.

If you cannot sign in

Contact [email protected] from an address you can access. We will need to verify your identity before acting on an account deletion request.

Never send your password, sign-in code, access token, refresh token, or other authentication secret to support.

When deletion takes effect

Automatic in-app deletion takes effect when the app confirms success. We usually respond to support requests within 30 days, subject to identity verification and applicable law.

A support response within 30 days is not a promise that every backup copy will be deleted within 30 days. Backup-cycle data may remain for the limited period described above.
