Birth of Samson

In a small village surrounded by green hills, Manoah and his wife had long hoped for a child. One day, God sent an angel to tell Manoah's wife that she would give birth to a special boy and that God had a wonderful plan for him. Manoah prayed that God would send the angel again to teach them. God answered his prayer, and the angel appeared again; later, the angel rose into the sky in a marvelous golden light. Manoah and his wife lovingly prepared a little bed, blankets, and toys for the baby. Later, Samson was born, and his parents and neighbors rejoiced over God's promise.
