The Heavenly Father sees the good deeds in secret.

Jesus taught His disciples on the mountain: when you give, pray, and fast, do not do it to win people’s praise. Do it sincerely in secret. Some people blow trumpets to show off their help, some pray loudly on street corners, and some make sad faces while fasting. Jesus said not to be like them. The Heavenly Father sees hidden kindness and hears quiet prayers. Children learn humility and integrity: do good not for applause, but to please the Father.
